With a season-high team score (143.525), the Valley City Hi-Liners took 1st Place at the EDC meet, individual champions in every event except the beam. This marks the sixth first-place win in the past seven years for VCHS’ gymnasts.

Friday, February 21st was senior night for the Hi-Liner girls’ basketball team, as they faced off in an EDC matchup against the Fargo South Bruins. The seniors recognized were number 40, Lindsey Noeske and number 5 Allysen Mathias.

For many years, Valley City High School has come together with Jamestown High School for a collection of sports, including swimming, soccer, and hockey.

Hi-Liner Gymnastics began their competitive season on December 6th at the Fargo Invite. It was a great first showing, and Valley City came in 2nd of the 8 teams in attendance, edged out only by Legacy. Valley City Freshman Karina Olson had a 1st place Floor finish.
