Valley City Public School Statement on the Postponement

Valley City Public Schools received an announcement at 2:45pm this afternoon from the North Dakota High School Activities Association that ALL activities, including practices, have been suspended indefinitely.  We will send out a more detailed communication to our students, staff, parents, and community this evening prior to 5:00pm.  This includes all practices scheduled for after school today.

Valley City Public Schools will host the Robotics Competition and the PTO Movie Night at Jefferson Elementary this evening.  Both of these events are non-NDHSAA activities and our local health officials have supported our decision to continue to host these events this evening.

Any other non-NDHSAA activities that have been scheduled will be addressed in the subsequent communication.

Thank you,
