“God’s graces flowed abundantly on the Salvation Army and the residents of Barnes County this year,” Chairman Lee Isensee says. “It flowed through all those who rang the bell and put their hard-earned money into the kettles. Even with one week less ringing time, and a storm day, we were still able to surpass our goal.”
Barnes County Salvation Army began the 2019 Red Kettle Campaign on November 29th, with a goal of raising $60,000. Halfway through the campaign (Dec. 11), $27,093, 45% of its goal, had been collected. Because of the generosity of the people of Barnes County, the goal was met, and then some. A total of $68,544.88 was raised.
