VC Petro Serve Celebrates Grand Opening

Valley City’s Petro Serve USA store celebrated the grand opening of its new 9,100-square-foot facility on Friday, May 11. The event featured specials on food and fuel and several guest speakers highlighting the ethanol industry.

During a 10 a.m. news conference, Kent Satrang, CEO of Petro Serve USA introduced Valley City Mayor Dave Carlsrud who expressed his gratitude for Petro Serve choosing to expand its Valley City store and the amount of quality jobs it has created.

Other guest speakers included former Governor Jack Dalrymple; Kevin Skunes, president of the National Corn Growers Association; Jeff Zueger, CEO of Midwest Ag Energy Group and chairman of the North Dakota Ethanol Council; and Dale Ihry, executive director of the North Dakota Corn Utilization Council.

They provided comments on the new Petro Serve USA facility and its offering of E15 and other high-level ethanol blends.
