The North Dakota Winter Show will soon host a Flea Market and Craft Fair that will run in conjunction with a Horsemanship Seminar and Riding Clinic on Saturday and Sunday, August 11 and 12.
NDWS manager Dawn Riley said the process of soliciting vendors for the event began last week, and there is plenty of space for available for booths in the Main Arena of the Winter Show building.
“They can just give us a call or stop by and pick up the forms,” Riley said. The Winter Show office’s phone number is (701) 845-1401 or 1800-437-0218 and they are located on the second floor of the Rosebud Visitors Center in downtown Valley City.
There is a $40, non-refundable fee for each 8-by-10-foot booth that needs to be paid by August 3. The vendor contract must also be turned in by that date as well. The fee includes on 8-foot table and additional tables and chairs are available for $5 and $1
The exhibits will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days of the event. Set-up will be on Friday, August 10 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and August 11 from 7 to 9 a.m. prior to the doors opening. Camping hook-ups will be available through the NDWS office and 24-hour security will be provided. Each exhibitor will be given two admittance passes for each day of the event.
