Corps requests comments on Tolna Coulee

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is requesting public comments on its operating plan for the Tolna Coulee control structure.

Tolna Coulee is upstream from Valley City in the flood-plagued Devils Lake Basin. The proposed operating plan can be found at http://www.mvp.usace.army.mil/fl_damage_reduct/default.asp?pageid=1779 [3].

Public input may be sent to the Corps of Engineers project manager Bill Csajko at william.l.csajko@usace.army.mil [4], (651) 290-5854 or 180 E. 5th St. Suite 700, St. Paul, Minn, 55101-1678.

Comments may also be sent to Steven Clark at steven.j.clark@usace.army.mil [5], (651) 290-5878 at the same mailing address.

The deadline for public input is Jan. 31
