Luck strikes the same city again as a Lottery retailer located in Williston sold the $2 million Powerball ticket for the draw on Saturday, Sept. 5.  No one has come forward yet to claim the prize, a release from the North Dakota Lottery said.

The winning ticket was sold at the Simonson Station Store, 1409 Second Avenue West, in Williston. The Simonson store will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning Powerball ticket and an additional $5,000 because the ticket included the Power Play feature.

This the second Match 5 North Dakota Powerball prize won this year in Williston.  In January, a $1 million Powerball ticket was sold at the Horizon Resources Cenex in Williston.

Winners have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. For winning numbers and other information; or to join the North Dakota Lottery Players Club, visit lottery.nd.gov.
