Warrant Wednesday: Charles Richard Russell and Tyler Stensgard

Every Wednesday, the Barnes County Sheriff's Office and the Valley City Police Department ask for the public's assistance in locating individuals with outstanding warrants.

This week, the sheriff's office is asking for help locating Charles Richard Russell, who is wanted for failure to participate in the 24/7 program. His original charge was possession of drug paraphernalia, a class C felony.

Russell, 54, is a white male with brown eyes and brown hair. He is 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.

Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of Russell should contact the Barnes County Sheriff's Office at (701) 845-8530.

The Valley City Police Department is asking for help locating Tyler Stensgard who is wanted for failure to pay fines in the amount of $1,000.
Stensgard, 21, is a white male with blond hair and green eyes. He is 6-feet 1-inch tall and weighs 230 pounds.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Stensgard should contact the Valley City Police Department at (701) 845-3110.
