Gene Klein, left, was one of 125 people who enjoyed the annual Springtime Salad Luncheon held at the VC-BC Public Library on Tuesday. Mary Ann Anderson of the Children’s Library said it was the best attended luncheon they’ve ever had. Proceeds go to help maintain both the public library and the children’s library. The basket door prize proceeds will help maintain the children’s library.
