Lola Herzog Benson, 89, Corona del Mar, Calif., and formerly of Nome, died Feb. 5, 2008, in Newport Beach, Calif. Lola died as a result of complications from a fall on Jan. 29, 2008, which she broke her right shoulder. Graveside services are at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 2, 2008, in St. Petri Cemetery near Nome, with Rev. Brad Edin officiating. A lunch reception will follow in St. Petri Lutheran Church near Nome.
Arrangements are by Lerud-Johnson-Schuldt Funeral Home of Valley City.
