Alicia and Jeremy Kiser, West Hope, are the parents of a son, RyLee Joseph, born April 30, 2008, at Trinity Hospital in Minot. He weighed 8 pounds, 15 ounces.
Grandparents are Jane Higgins, West Hope, and Bret Delen of Texas; Herbie and Becky Kiser and Julie Richman, all of Valley City.
Great-grandparents are Don Barnett, Carrington; Dale and Carol Kiser and Don and Carolyn Peterson, all Valley City.
