    Mike and Sarah Lerud, Valley City, are the parents of a son, Jack Burton Lerud. He was born April 29, 2008, at Mercy Hospital, Valley City, and weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces.
   Grandparents are Harvey and Sharon Lerud and Dean and Betty Pedersen, all of Valley City.
   Great-grandfather is Harry Pedersen, Valley City.
