Jeanne Hoganson and Todd Burchill, Valley City, announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Bonnie L. Burchill, Dale and Cynthia Burchill, the late Wallace Shafer and the late Francie Shafer. Jeanne is employed at Bank Forward and Valley Flooring in Valley City. Todd is employed at John Deere Seeding Group and LaFarge, Valley City. A May 3, 2008, wedding is planned with a reception at the Valley City Eagles Aerie.
