We had made a decision not to go back to see the one-act plays that are written by the students at VCSU. Last year, they were terrible with profanity and sexual content. Director Kelly assured us that there would be a change. This year's plays were funny and the acting was superb. They were nearly devoid of objectionable content. Congratulations students for making the change and keep it up.
Many in the community expressed dissatisfaction with the plays after last year and apparently some stayed away this year. If the students continue to do as they did this year, the people of the community will come back.
