Carl and Kim Fus, Rathdrum, Idaho, are the parents of a daughter, Cecelia Hope, born on April 9, 2008, at Kootenai Medical Center, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She weighed 7 pounds 7 ounces.
Grandparents are Linda and Bob Fus, Dazey, and Terri and Steve Anderson, Coeur d’Alene.
Great-grandparents are Walt Webber and the late Cecelia Webber, Barron, Wis., and formerly Valley City; Evelyn and Garlye Nelson, Twin Falls, Idaho; and Fred and Eleanor Adkins, Fresno, Calif.
