Noisy to others:

    There were 31 administrative traffic actions filed the week of Feb. 5, 2008.
    No liability insurance:
    Andrew W. Ebaugh, 499 5th Ave. NE; $250 fine; $25 donation to Valley City Cares.
    Driving under suspension:
    Kari A. Freudenthal, 746 E. Main St.; $250 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; 5 days in jail suspended for 1 year.
    Driving under the influence:
    Richard A. Didier, 721 6th St. SE; $350 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; evaluation within 60 days; must attend a Victim Impact Panel within 90 days; 5 days in jail suspended for 1 year.
