    Criminal dispositions in Municipal Court with Judge Thomas E. Goven presiding, unless otherwise noted, included the following (all addresses Valley City and all pleaded guilty unless otherwise noted).
    All suspensions are on the condition there are no further criminal violations for the next 1 year (unless otherwise noted).

    There were 32 administrative traffic actions filed the week of Jan. 8, 2008.
    Driving under suspension:
    Thomas E. Johnson, 425 5th Ave. NE. Plea agreement. $200 fine.
    Norman R. Eurich, 972 Plecity Lane; $350 fine; $25 donation to Valley City Cares; 30 days in jail with 29 days suspended for 1 year and credit for 1 day served.
    Driving under the influence:
    Kathleen K. Hoover, 304 College St. SE; $600 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; must have alcohol evaluation within 60 days; 10 days in jail with 5 days suspended for 1 year. Can do home arrest within 60 days.
    Wade E. Brant, 10921 36th St. SE; $250 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; must have alcohol evaluation within 60 days; 5 days in jail with 4 days suspended for 1 year. Must repay court-appointed attorney fees in the amount of $345. Picked up on bench warrant and served 1 day in jail.
