Philip and Diana Weshnevski, Buffalo, are the parents of a son, Colby Philip Weshnevski, born Feb. 26, 2008, at Mercy Hospital, Valley City. He weighed 7 pounds, 3 1/2 ounces. Grandparents are Pamela Lagasse, Rolla; Ken and Darlene Weshnevski, Tower City; and Gerald and Cora Anton, Grand Forks. Great-grandparent is Julius Hoff, Valley City. Colby joins siblings: Emma, 11; Ethan, 9; and Sophia, 5.
