A nine-member jury was selected and sworn in Monday, in a lawsuit brought by a former Barnes County jail inmate.
    Michelle Grager filed suit in November 2006 against former Barnes County jailer Kevin Schudar along with Barnes County itself, for a sexual assault that allegedly occurred in 2004 while she was incarcerated in the Barnes County jail.
    The jury heard the opening argument from Grager’s attorney Zenas Baer before adjourning for the day.
