    A trial date has been set in the civil suit brought by a woman who was sexually abused while in custody in the Barnes County jail.
    The victim was incarcerated in the Barnes County jail from September to November in 2004.
    Former Barnes County jailer Kevin Schudar was convicted in April 2006 of Sexual Abuse of Wards and sentenced to a year and a day in prison. The sentence was suspended and Schudar was given credit for two days time served.
