The Valley City School Board delivered its yearly performance assessment of Supt. Dean Koppelman, Monday, Feb. 11.
    The assessment was entirely positive and the board voted thanks by acclamation for his service, mentioning in particular Koppelman’s management of funding.
    Koppelmann expressed his appreciation for the board’s support.
    “You folks have a sincere interest in kids and education” he said.
