Partipate in Democratic caucus event on Feb. 5
Thursday, 31 January 2008
Letter from Britt Jacobson
Valley City, N.D.
The North Dakota Democratic Presidential Preference Caucuses will be held throughout the state on Feb. 5 from 2 to 8 p.m.
I want to encourage all people who voted for Democrats in the last election or plan to vote for Democrats in the upcoming election to participate. Anyone meeting these qualifications can vote at any Democratic Caucus location throughout the state.
The process at these events will be easy. All participants must sign-in and then will be provided a ballot to vote for their choice of Democratic presidential candidate.
Democratic Caucus locations in the district include Wimbledon Legion Hall; Valley City State University student center in Valley City; Enderlin Inn; and the Lisbon Senior Citizens Center.
For more Democratic Caucus locations or guidelines visit www.demnpl.com.
This is an exciting way to participate in our democracy. I hope you will choose to be a part of this process.

Editor’s note: Jacobson is Dem-NPL chair for District 24.
