Criminal dispositions in Unified District Court

There were 25 administrative traffic actions filed the week of Dec. 11, 2007, including:

    Daniel C. Wurzer, 1012 12th Ave. SE. Plea agreement: $350 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; $50 costs; 10 days in jail, with 9 days suspended and credit for 1/2 day and credit for the other 1/2 day with proof of diploma; must have alcohol evaluation within 60 days.
    Obstructing a police officer (fleeing on foot):
    Richard A. Culver, 1173 Choctaw Rd., North Pole, Alaska. Deferred imposition for 1 year. $250 fee; $25 donation to Valley City-Barnes County Assistance Fund; 1 day in jail with credit for time served; no criminal violations for the next 1 year.
    Tyler S. Jilek, 11874 49th St. SW, Dickinson. Deferred imposition for 1 year. $250 fee; $25 donation to Valley City Cares; 20 hours community service within 60 days or deferred imposition will be denied; no criminal violations for the next 1 year.
    Daniel H. Hepner, 291 Adamson Circle, Soldotna, Alaska. Deferred imposition for 1 year. $250 fee; $25 donation to Valley City Cares; 20 hours community service within 60 days or deferred imposition will be denied; no criminal violations for the next 1 year.
    Kory W. Wilbanks, Box 2985, Soldotna, Alaska; $250 fine; $25 donation to Valley City Cares; 1 day in jail.
    No liability insurance:
    Donovon G. Krueger, 1700 11th Ave. NE #19, Jamestown; $250 fine; $25 donation to APOC.
    Bench warrant — Failure to pay fines:
    Kimberly Fercho, no address given. Picked up on bench warrant. Fines paid in full
    Nicholas Rittenhouse, 829 12th Ave. SW. Picked up on bench warrant. Paid $250 towards fines due.

    Disorderly conduct:
    Kyre L. Hatcher, 858 17th Ave. SW. Plea agreement: Domestic assault reduced to disorderly conduct. Must pay a fine in the amount of $150; $25 donation to APOC; must repay court appointed attorney fees in the amount of $285.
    Driving under the influence:
    Craig J. Hoganson, 307 6th St. NE. Plea agreement: $400 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; must have alcohol evaluation within 60 days.
    
There were no criminal dispositions in Unified District Court recorded from Jan. 7 to Jan. 11, 2008, with Judge Mikal Simonson.

    Matthew Stover Ronald, 55 Crabapple Lane, Excelsior, Minn.; $200 criminal administration fee; $100 defense/facility admin. fee; violate no criminal laws; 2 years deferred imposition. Bond to be used for fees.
    Possession of drug paraphernalia:
    Matthew Stover Ronald, 55 Crabapple Lane, Excelsior, Minn.; 2 years deferred imposition; $125/$125/$125/$125 restitution. Bond to be used for restitution.
