Shane and Emilee Olstad, Kathryn, are the parents of a son, Logan Thomas, born Jan. 15, 2008, at Mercy Hospital in Valley City. He weighed 7 pounds 15 1/2 ounces. Grandparents are Gary and Kay Olstad, Pelican Rapids, Minn.; and Ron and Linda Kohls, Cornell, Wis. Great-grandparents are Verna Olstad, Valley City; Arlene Nelson, West Fargo; and Raymond Sedlacek, Cronell, Wis. Logan Thomas joins a sister, Kya, at home.
