Duane and Kerry Johnson, Valley City, and Shannon Callahan, Sitka, Alaska, announce the engagement of their children, Shannon Johnson and Michael Callahan.
Shannon attended Valley City State University and is attending Rasmussen College, Fargo.
Michael attended VCSU, and is employed by CBC Construction of Sitka, Alaska.
They will be married Dec. 31, 2007, at St. Catherine Catholic Church, Valley City, with a reception at the Valley City Eagles.
