Criminal dispositions in Municipal Court with Judge Thomas E. Goven presiding, unless otherwise noted, included the following (all addresses Valley City and all pleaded guilty unless otherwise noted).
    All suspensions are on the condition there are no further criminal violations for the next 1 year (unless otherwise noted).

    There were 53 administrative traffic actions filed the week of Aug. 21, 2007.
    Littering:
    Amber N. Eull, 2223 109th St. SE, Rogers. Deferred imposition. Must pay $50 fee. Deferred imposition for one year and no criminal violations for the next year or deferred imposition will be denied.
    Driving under the influence:
    Rocky M. Everson, 342 5th St. NW; $450 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; 5 days in jail, suspended for one year; must have alcohol evaluation within 60 days.
    Mohamed S. Hossein, 901 21st St. S., Fargo; $250 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; 5 days in jail, with 4 1/2 days suspended for 1 year; must have alcohol evaluation within 60 days; must attend a victim’s impact panel within 60 days.
    Minor in possession by consumption:
    Abdullahi A. Adan, 913 2nd St. W., West Fargo; $175 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; 1/2 day in jail, with credit for time served.
    Ahmed N. Abdinasir, 54 N. 4th Ave., St. Cloud, Minn.; $175 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; 1/2 day in jail, with credit for time served.
    Craig J. Hoganson, 307 6th St. NE; $250 fine; $25 donation to Counteract.
    Daniel C. Wurzer, 1012 12th Ave. SE; $400 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; 30 days in jail, with 28 days suspended for 2 years. Suspensions are on the condition there are no criminal violations for the next 2 years.
    Bench warrant — Failure to appear:
    Daniel C. Wurzer, 1012 12th Ave. SE; Must serve 1 day in jail; $50 costs.
    Driving under suspension:
    Dustin C. Hoff, 643 N. Central Ave.; $300 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; 10 days in jail, with 6 days suspended for 1 year. Must serve 4 days in jail, with credit for time served.
    Jamie L. Mabe, 650 11th St. NW, Apt. 11; $400 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; 30 days in jail, with 30 days suspended for 1 year.

    Jeffry W. Vogel, 664 11th Ave. SW #3; $175 fine; $25 donation to Valley City Cares; 30 days in jail, with 29 days suspended for 1 year.
    Reckless driving:
    Jesse R. Bearinger, 1525 11th St. SW #63. Plea agreement: $400 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; must have alcohol evaluation within 60 days; no criminal violations for the next year. Evaluation completed April 28, 2007.
    Kandace J. Arbuckle, 3019 19th St. S., Fargo. Plea agreement: $250 fine; $25 donation to Counteract.
    No liability insurance:
    James D. Brantl, 1033 2nd St. SE; $275 fine; $25 donation to Counteract; 5 days in jail, suspended for 1 year.

    Sarah L. Linzey, 628 E. Main St.; $400 fine; $25 donation to APOC; 30 days in jail, with 29 days suspended and credit for time served. Suspensions are on the condition there are no criminal violations for the next 2 years. No unsolicited contact with victim.
