If you see a flatbed truck carrying what look like extra-large freezers, you may just be eying the latest product being shipped out by Malach USA.
Malach USA is in the process of shipping 20 recently built trailers used for concrete mixing to a company located in Winnipeg, Canada.
Eventually, all the trailers will be delivered to  a Canadian company known as Crown Equipment. But 12 trailers are already on the road to make another stop to add the finishing touches to what the company considers an eco-friendly concrete mixing machine.
“They use ethyl glycol, which is supposed to be environmentally friendly,” said Charlie Thompson, a laser/break programmer with Malach USA. “They run it through something similar to a heated slab for a garage, but they use it to thaw out the ground when the ground’s frozen so they can pour concrete.”
Some of the concrete mixers were designed by Malach USA, but most of the products had a specified design coming from the company.
“They had a design initially,” Thompson said. “They wanted some changes done and we tweaked out the changes.”
Malach USA is in its beginning stages of operations since opening its production facility in Valley City last May. A metal fabrication company that provides custom laser cutting for companies worldwide, Malach USA has customers in the agricultural, farm, industrial moving equipment, and truck and trailer companies that focus on manufacturing.  The company also develops products for the transportation industry.
“We always entertain the idea of,  if there’s other business out there, to take on more,” Thompson said.
