Jesse and Natalie Potratz, Alta, Iowa, are the parents of a daughter, Dacota Maureen. She was born at Buena Vista Medical Center, Storm Lake, Iowa, on Oct. 19, 2007. Grandparents are Maureen Birchem, Valley City, and Rod Potratz in Alaska. Great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Evan Olson, Wheaton, Minn., and Al and Connie Potratz, Valley City. Dacota joins a sister, Drew, at home.
