    Criminal dispositions in Unified District Court recorded from Aug. 28 to Sept. 1, 2006, with Judge Mikal Simonson presiding on cases unless noted, including the following (all addresses Valley City and all pleaded guilty unless otherwise noted):
    Interference with telephone during emergency call:
    Jerome E. Tharaldson, 119 4th Ave., Dazey. Judge John T. Paulson presiding. $200 criminal administration fee; $25 indigent defense applic. fee; $100 defense/facility admin. fee; 1 year unsupervised probation; 30 days in county jail with 30 days suspended; violate no criminal laws; $25/$25/$80 restitution.
    Driving while license privilege is suspended:
    Ryan Christophe Storbeck, 1605 17th Ave. SW, Jamestown. Judge John T. Paulson presiding. $100 fine; $125 criminal administration fee; $100 defense/facility admin. fee; 2 years unsupervised probation; violate no criminal laws. Assignment of wages to the employer.
    Possession of drug paraphernalia/ Driving while license privilege is suspended:
    Steven Lee Hovland, 411 6th Ave. SE. Judge John T. Paulson presiding. (Sentence concurrent) $200 criminal administration fee; $100 defense/facility admin. fee; 1 year unsupervised probation; 30/10 days in county jail with 30/10 days suspended; violate no criminal laws; $25/$25 restitution. Bond to be used for fines and fees.
