Brent and Dawn Thomsen are the parents of a daughter, Chesney Ann Thomsen, born Aug. 9, 2007, at Fairview Hospital, Burnsville, Minn. She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces.
Grandparents are Ina and Dr. Robert Thomsen, and Don and Pat Malec, all of Valley City.
Great grandparents are Jo Campbell and the late Marie Thomsen, Catherine Schroeder and Ruth Malec.
Chesney Ann joins a sister, Alyssa.
