Teresa Preston and Scott Noeske announce their engagement.
Parents of the couple are Duane and Kay Preston, East Grand Forks, Minn., and  Joan Paul Noeske Jr., Oriska.
Teresa is employed at Meritcare, Fargo, and Scott is employed at Farmer’s Union Oil Co., Moorhead.
 An Oct.13 wedding is planned at Sacred Heart Cathiolic Church, East Grand Forks. A reception and dance will follow at Ramada Inn, Grand Forks. Everyone is welcome.
