Prohibited acts A/controlled substance/Possession of drug paraphernalia/Ingesting a controlled substance:
Steven Ronald Dahl, 700 1/2 N. 20th St., Bismarck; (Sentence concurrent) Judge John T. Paulson presiding. $200 criminal administration fee; $100 defense/facility admin. fee; 2 years supervised probation; 6 months in county jail with 150 day suspended (to be served on weekends); $25 restitution. Fees and fines are to be taken from bond and the remainder returned to the bond remitter.
