VC Fairly Safe From Flooding

The National Weather Service Grand Forks office Thursday issued an updated spring flooding prediction for the Sheyenne River at Valley City.
Chances are slight for spring flooding.
Predictions for flooding in Fargo are much different. Residents along the Red River in Fargo and neighboring Moorhead, Minn., should prepare for one of the top five floods in their history.
