UPDATE: Suspect Sought in AmericInn Burglary

Surveillance video of a man believed to be Paul Jacob Myles. Myles is believed to be responsible for the Monday burglary at the Valley City AmericInn.

Valley City Police are searching for a man they believe is responsible for an early morning burglary at the AmericInn Monday.
Paul Jacob Myles, 26, of Valley City is a former employee of the AmericInn. He was identified in surveillance video taken during the burglary in which a safe was stolen and later recovered and an undisclosed amount of cash was taken from the till. After searching Myles' home at 405 Second Street Northeast, apartment 1, Valley City, warrants of arrest were issued for Myles on charges of burglary and possession of narcotics paraphernalia, according to Valley City Police Chief Fred Thompson.
Myles has not been located. Anyone with any information regarding this incident or the whereabouts of Myles should contact the VCPD at (701) 845-3110.
