Two Join Fredrikson and Byron’s Trusts and Estates Group

Fredrikson & Byron is pleased to announce the addition of Katherine A. Peckham  and Katie A. Perleberg  to the firm’s Trusts & Estates Groups in Minneapolis and Fargo.

Peckham has joined the firm’s Minneapolis office as an associate in the Trusts & Estates Group. Her practice focuses on minimizing estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes for individuals and families. She analyzes estate and gift taxation matters, prepares wills and trust agreements, and assists and represents clients through the probate and estate administration process. Her practice also involves business entity formation and charitable giving. Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Peckham practiced estate planning at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman in Washington, D.C.

Perleberg has joined the firm as an associate in the Trusts & Estates Group at the firm’s Fargo office . She focuses on estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts and related documents. She also assists and represents clients with business entity formation, trust administration, and probate. Perleberg has a background in financial planning, and has experience practicing corporate law abroad. Before joining Fredrikson, Perleberg worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Frederick Grunke and the Honorable John Scherer in Minnesota’s Seventh Judicial District.
