Twisters clarify reasons for coach leaving his position

Valley Twisters Gymnastics Club wishes to clarify that during Jon Liardi’s tenure as coach, there were no safety concerns of the students, there were no serious injuries to any student participating in the program, and there were no incidents of abuse of any student. Valley Twister Gymnastics Club did not believe that participants in its programs were at risk for their personal safety while Mr. Liardi was coach beyond the risks which are inherent from participation in any well-managed gymnastics program.
Mr. Liardi is leaving our organization to pursue another gymnastics coaching position. The Twisters Board has begun its search for a new Head Coach/Club Director and is working diligently to align volunteers, staff, and members for the ongoing success of the program.
