Teacher Began, Ended Career in VC

Karen Christianson, second-grade teacher at Jefferson Elementary school, will retire the end of this academic year after teaching in the Valley City Public School District for 41 years.

Forty-one years after Karen Christianson began teaching in Valley City, she has decided to retire. The second-grade teacher has seen a lot of changes over the years, especially in technology, and she's always enjoyed working with her students.
