'Tabletop' on Medical Shelters April 16

A tabletop exercise on establishing a special medical shelter during future public emergencies will take place April 16 in Valley City.
“It will be a state-run exercise on how to set up and run a medical shelter if needed in our community – say if we had to evacuate for flooding,” said Theresa Will, director of the City-County Health District.
