Social Media Affects Employment

Be careful what you post on Facebook or Twitter, someone may be watching.
The Internet is bursting with stories about people who were fired, or not hired based on what employers see on social networking sites.
Area employers say they don't monitor social networking sites, but if something damaging is posted and they hear about it, it could be cause for disciplinary action.
