Pizza Corner, Tavern 94 Week 1 Viking League Leaders

In Week 1 of Viking League bowling action, Pizza Corner went 3-1 against Enterprise, Tavern 94 won three games due to a bye, City Lights won split their games against 5 Star Bucking Bulls, and J&S Marketing was 2-2 against K&S Carpet Cleaning.
5 Star Bucking Bulls turned in the team high in a single game with 1,149 pins. J&S Marketing struck the most pins over four games with 3,124.

Jim Korf bowled a single-game high of 254 pins, as well as the high total for the series with 666.
Korf was one of many to pass the 200-pin mark with, single-game totals of 254 and 223.

Brady Anderson knocked down 234, and Tim Lyter did it twice with scores of 201 and 234.

Lee Gronneberg bowled a 227, Vern Aus a 226 and 213.

Corey Mertz bowled a 225, Russell Nelson a 204 and a 224.

Bruce Nelson struck 224, Mike Undem 223, Alex Sadek 212 and 213, Rod Nelson 202 and 209, Clint Meyer 208, Josh Leadbetter 204, John Sadek 203 and Durwin Berntson 201.
Lyter turned in a 614, Aus a 619 and Korf the high of the night with 666.

Korf (222), Aus (206) and Lyter (204) also posted the three highest averages of the night.
