Valley City State University head football coach Dennis McCulloch announced Friday that coaches John O’Day and Jake Breske have been promoted to co-offensive coordinator positions.

O’Day and Breske replace Marty Costello, who departs for a job at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Costello served as VCSU offensive coordinator for the past three seasons.

“We are excited to promote from within and give Coach O’Day and Coach Breske the reins of the offense,” McCulloch said. “They’ve proven during their time at VCSU that they are ready for this responsibility. Both John and Jake are excited about the opportunity and cannot wait to start this spring.”
