The North Dakota Republican-GOP will hold the annual Republican Roundup on Friday and Saturday in Fargo, and state spokesman Matt Becker said the fundraising rally could not come at a better time.
âThis will be the largest summer event we have held in years,â Becker said in a news release. âWe expect to welcome a big crowd and energize a lot of new supporters.â

On Saturday evening, the rally will be moved outdoors to the home of Drs. Ahmed and Kay Abdullah at 2043 Rose Creek Blvd., 2008 presidential candidate and Arizona Senator John McCain will speak to the assemblage.
