Love is in Bloom

February 14, 2014

This topiary-style arrangement of lilies, roses, daisies and carnations is one of many flower arrangements in Dakota Rose Floral waiting to send a special message to someone this Valentine's Day.

Bouquets of red, purple and pink flowers fill the Dakota Rose Floral building as the business has been preparing for Valentine's Day. The Feb. 14 holiday is one of the biggest to send flowers. Although the rose, Valentine's Day's traditional flower signifying romantic love, is the most popular on this holiday, the popularity of sending other types of flowers to loved ones is blooming.
