Jefferson Elementary Parents Eat With Kids At School

Jefferson Elementary School parents meet with students at the school.

Students at Jefferson Elementary School got to eat breakfast with their parents last week during the school's highlight of the National School Breakfast Program.

Valley City Public Schools food services director Sue Milender said, "Kids who eat breakfast have general increase in math grades, reading scores, increased attention levels as well as improved behaviors."
