June 18, 2014

When Jackson,Tenn., truck driver Jack Gaiser fell on the deck of a semi-trailer badly breaking his leg Sunday, he knew he needed help. Thankfully, the Valley City Police and first responders reached him quickly, which was a godsend considering Gaiser couldn't even tell dispatchers exactly where he was.
