Students, staff and guests at Valley City’s St. Catherine School were entertained this week by one of the groups touring with the Impact World Tour.
A free public appearance by one of the tour groups, GX International, takes place 7 p.m. Friday (tonight) at the North Dakota Winter Show.
Island Breeze brought music and costumes along with stories and history as they presented their program to the St. Catherine parochial school. The group engaged the students with stories. Songs and dance were taught as well as a lesson on respecting others even though they are different.
They invited guests, staff and students to learn some of what the culture is in the Pacific Islands.
