Hi-Liner XC Hosts Blue and White Invite

September 23, 2013

Hi-Liner Cross Country hosted the Bill Jansen Blue and White Invite at Bjornson Golf Course on Saturday, an event in which 50 North Dakota teams and over 1,200 runners raced for the crown.

"As this is a State year for the Hi-Liners, teams from all over the state came to Valley City to experience the State Meet course," Valley City Cross Country Coach Brian Engelhard said. "Bismarck High won the Boys' Varsity division, and Century won the Girls' Varsity. The competition was extremely tough, as the best from Class A and B were running together."
