Hi-Liner Gymnasts Win All-Around vs. Jamestown

January 22, 2014

(VCHS Sports) Valley City gymnastics beat Jamestown all-around on Tuesday night with junior Bethany Crump earning first place in individual competition

Hi-Liner gymnastics enjoyed a dual meet win against Jamestown on Tuesday night and worked with different competitive alignments as they did it.

“Tonight was a little bit of a different format — we made it a little bit more fun for the girls,” head coach David Fisher said. “What we do is make four teams by mixing both teams together into four different squads, so in each squad there are girls from each school. They get a chance to meet new kids and interact with each other that way — it was a lot of fun overall.”
