Frozen Pipes Increase In VC

The street in front of the Hi-Liner Activity Center has been torn up for about two weeks to fix a frozen water line problem.

Valley City and its residents are witnessing a large increase in the number of water pipes freezing this winter contrasted with previous years, said City Administrator David Schelkoph Wednesday. More in Thursday's issue of the Times-Record.
