March 22, 2013

Shelley Nannenga, development director (left) and Pamela Standing, executive director of Service Dogs for America in Jud, are shown with Clark, a service dog-in-training. The organization is seeking foster parents for future service dogs.

Service Dogs of America needs volunteers to foster future service dogs, teach them basic manners, and help them become socialized before they are placed with disabled people.
The organization needs foster parents who can provide love and affection and help the puppies become comfortable in a variety of settings.
SDA provides service dogs that aid their partners in a variety of ways including with mobility and in medical emergencies.
